Take the draperies high and wide for a spectacular window treatment that enhances the architectural element such as crown molding and transoms.

French doors and transoms are simply framed.  Natural weave Roman shades are added for light control.

Cornices are mounted at the ceiling to draw the eye up to the crown molding and keep the window more open.  Draperies stack off the window to  preserve the light and view.

Two story windows are framed top to bottom to dramatize the architecture of this high ceiling.

We installed these natural weave shade in a bay with close neighbors.  The textured weave diffused the light and softened a busy view.  We added side panels outside the bay to frame the alcove.

Casual Roman shades can be lowered, but in this case we only made them full length so when drawn up the shades are full.  This customer wanted the drama of an extra long top treatment so the shades will be stationary at this level.

Clean and fresh...these flat Roman shades are pulled up to create a deep valance.  The black and white toile is always a classic. Fabric was repeated on the door sheer panel ties.

These panels frame the windows with arches and the decorative pole is mounted above, not through the window.

A triple window with an arch is enchanced by panels and strategically placed rods.  The architecture is outlined and the panels add color and soft texture to the room.

This outstanding bay is outlined by side and corner panels. The panels stack off the glass, preserving the gorgeous pastoral view.

These luxurious red panels frame a French door with an arch.  The draperies on the windows are mounted at the same height for consistency.  Natural weave shades are added for light control.

These very sheer natural weave shades diffuse the harsh glare, but allow a view of the swimming pool.

Natural weave shades make a beautiful private screen when lowered and a sophisticated valance when stacked.  The natural rattan mirror was a coordinated accessory that gave this bath a spa like appearance.

The classic swag has many variations. This one has a centered jabot.
